Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
Unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at support@thecardpro.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective
The item is damaged
You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns if:
The packaging has been opened
The product is a sale item, gift card, or single Pokémon card
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method
Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
